What does Master Internship@IBM CIC offer you?
Within the scope of the 2-3 year Master Internship@IBM CIC program, we offer valuable professional experience in Consulting, which you will gain in parallel to your studies. You can complete the master study course at a university (or university of applied sciences) of your choice. The duration of studies depends on the respective university and is between two and three years. The volume of work allows you to focus sufficiently on your master's degree. Nevertheless, you can expect challenging assignments in a team-oriented and dynamic environment as well as many opportunities for active co-determination. You will also write your master's thesis in collaboration with your department.

Who are we looking for?
For this role, we are looking for students eager to support our work streams in client engagements and assist in business development activities such as proposal development. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their issues and those of their customers. You should be able to research industry value chains and client organizations using structured and unstructured data, including Advanced Analytics and AI tools, to generate actionable insights. Additionally, you should be able to draw on IBM research and evolving market trends to help clients explore new possibilities based on market and competitive positioning.

What can you expect from this position?
In this role, you will support our Digital Strategy team in various tasks. You will work closely with clients to understand their issues, research industry value chains, and generate actionable insights using Advanced Analytics and AI tools. You will also support business development activities, such as proposal development, and draw on IBM research to help clients explore new possibilities.

This job is only for candidates who will have finished their Bachelor studies by September 2024 (or earlier) and plan to start with a Master's Degree in autumn 2024 (Swiss university/university of applied sciences, study course of your choice).
