Material Facilitator

The Material Facilitator (Preparation Specialist) is an employee responsible for actively supporting production flow by ensuring that the right amount of materials and supplies are available at the right time and place. They communicate, facilitate, and help material flow by removing obstacles and continuously providing improvement ideas for process tasks, sequence, organization, visual management, and layout. 

Your tasks

• Promote a positive Safety Culture and ensure that Safety, Compliance, and Quality Policy is communicated, promoted, and implemented within the Organization.


• Ensure that all elements of the (safety) Management System are properly implemented, maintained, and continuously improved by fulfilling all (safety) Management System related duties and responsibilities as defined in MOE and SMS Manual.


• Perform work preparation for different Work centers of ESRC.


• Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods and documents.


• Provide support to the Capability Implementer.


• Implement 5S principles to ensure a clean working space in the entire ESRC.


• Ensure strict compliance with standard practices and processes.


• Ensure continuous development of shop processes to optimize quality, security, and cost-effectiveness.


• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations and rules.

Your profile

 

• Technical apprenticeship is advantageous.


• Knowledge in Logistics.


• Knowledge in Facility Management.


• Autonomous and accurate working abilities.


• Proficient in speaking and writing German.


• English Level A2
