Description

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations to identify inefficiencies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Analyze large datasets to extract trends and insights
• Develop strategies to enhance business processes, improving efficiency and reducing costs
• Design innovative solutions that address business challenges and align with company goals
• Manage and coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
• Create comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and project plans
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Solid experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a telecom or ISP
• Expertise in sales pipeline management tools, CRM, and customer care tools
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL
• Experience with business process modeling and project management
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies advantageous
• Certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management advantageous
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German advantageous
