Als Colleague Restraurant Attendant werden Sie verantwortlich für folgende

Aufgaben sein:

Durchführung von Vorbereitungs- und Räumungsarbeiten im Personalrestaurant

Sie richten täglich das Frühstück, Mittags- und Abendbuffet ein und sorgen dafür, dass immer genügend Essen vorhanden ist.

Auffüllen der Vorräte im Personalrestaurant und Reinigen der Kaffeemaschine und des Kühlschranks

Reinigen und Einräumen von Besteck, Glas, Geschirr und Porzellan sowie Kochutensilien

Regelmäßige Kontrollen und Inventuren

Verantwortlich für die Reinigung, Pflege und Lagerung von Porzellan, Glas, Besteck und Küchenutensilien

Reinigung aller Kücheneinrichtungen, Geräte, Böden und Wände

Entsorgung aller Abfälle gemäß den entsprechenden Unternehmensrichtlinien

Als Colleague Restaurant Attendant

erwarten wir von Ihnen:

Completed vocational training in the hotel industry and several years of professional experience in the front office area of the upscale hotel industry

Good IT skills, knowledge of PMS

Skills in written and verbal communication - guests will contact you with both complaints and positive feedback. Therefore, you are always open and approachable

Organizational skills and flexibility - your position includes weekend and holiday shifts

Excellent manners and well-groomed appearance, a positive charisma

Open-mindedness and ability to work in a team

Very good knowledge of German and English. Further foreign language skills are an advantage

The Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich has 80 guest rooms and suites and three dining venues, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant and a lobby lounge. The hotel is ideal for meetings and events with its newly renovated event facilities, including a grand historic ballroom.

As colleague restaurant attendant, you will be responsible for the following

duties:

Carry out preparation and cleaning work in the staff restaurant

Set up the lunch & dinner buffet daily and make sure that there is always enough food available

Replenish the supplies in the staff restaurant and clean the coffee machine & fridge

Cleaning and putting away cutlery, glass, crockery and porcelain, as well as cooking utensils

Regular checks and inventories

Responsible for cleaning, maintenance and storage of porcelain, glassware, cutlery and kitchen utensils

Cleaning of all kitchen equipment, appliances, floors and walls

All waste disposal in accordance with appropriate company guidelines

Initial experience in cleaning and service in the upscale hotel industry

A strong service orientation and independent way of working

Flexibility and ability to work under pressure - your position includes weekend and public holiday shifts

Good manners and a high level of quality awareness

Good knowledge English. Further foreign language skills are an advantage
