Modern agriculture has created an era of abundance but has also led to consumption habits that exceed the limits of our planet. Today, about 25% of greenhouse gas emissions come from food production. In other words, our current eating habits are a big part of the problem. Bringing about the required changes calls for a massive shift in food production, supply chain and human behavior. These changes play an integral part in achieving the objectives of the Paris Climate Agreement. We at EVEN are on a mission to revolutionize the hospitality sector and the way we think about food. EVEN is a privately held company that develops projects at the intersection of food, innovation, and sustainability. We submit overall proposals that include spatial design and hospitality concepts in close collaboration with our clients. We also operate holistic food ventures and exceptional event services for our partners. EVEN is the parent company of roots, roots kitchen, Collective Bakery, Coffeebond, and Rose Coffee Roasters.
