From a pioneering inventor, to an all-round supplier of advanced solutions. Founded in 1994 as a department within Swisscom Mobile and spun off in 2000, sicap was the first to both develop a USSD Gateway and remotely configure a mobile device. Since 1994, we have designed solutions for more than 100 customers around the world, gathering market insight, know-how and best practice processes along the way. Sicap remains a subsidiary of Swisscom, and has all the privileges of an association with one of the world’s leading telecommunications networks. Our success is driven by a multilingual team of 200 employees from 30 nationalities. Sicap headquarters are in Switzerland, but we stay close to our customers through our network of sicap teams in France, Malaysia, Romania, Russia, Senegal, Singapore, South Africa, and more recently in Mexico and Brazil. Our customers benefit from working with local people that speak their language and understand their culture, which inevitably leads to solutions geared to specific needs.
