- Listening to your employees - Be open to criticism - More empowerment, autonomy as well as trust instead of top down and control - Atmosphere is rather poor in many teams - High employee turnover - Salaries rather low compared with other players - A lot of talent is leaving (often after a short period) therefore try to retain talent

Alle die ich kenne die bei Scout arbeiten lieben es. Talentierte Leute und ein gutes Management. Spannende Projekte und Investitionen in Innovation. Die Kantine ist ebenfalls super

Toller Arbeitgeber, sehr angenehmes Betriebsklima mit einer hohen Identifikation mit dem Scout24 brand. Viele Freiheiten, Möglichkeiten Sport zu treiben (Fitnessraum Inhouse), super Personalrestaurant etc etc etc. Great Place to Work!
